I would like you know why we selected you and Legacy to list our home. As you may recall, we "interviewed" several agents in the area, some with "big names". You came highly recommend, first and foremost. But so much more importantly, you were the only one who prepared an analysis with any real relevance, in our opinion, to selling our home. I was sick of seeing my home being compared to homes across town, with less bedrooms or more square footage or in a less desirable school boundary or a higher priced neighborhood simply because they were the same "style" home. It was nuts! You did it the way I wanted it, the way I would do it if I were an agent, without being asked! I was truly impressed. You were one of the few agents to actually discuss ideas for marketing our particular home, rather than simply advertise yourself and you were the only one not to insult us with a suggestion of pricing the house rock bottom before we even got going. You were also the only agent, of 5, that called back to check in on us and our decision (no joke! Can you believe that?!).

From the get go, we have felt important and we have been welcomed and encouraged to be a part of the marketing process. I love that you used my own photos on the website listing, no one knows my house like I do! We've never waited for action or had to ask for anything twice. While the CSS may have some kinks to be worked out, I really think it's a fabulous service and it has worked well for me. I really like the feedback website, although I think some realtors could use a lesson in "constructive criticism vs. downright nasty insults".
